Therapeutic Yoga

The Yoga session combines the power of Energy healing concepts with traditional Hath Yoga (Asanas) and Pranayam (Breathing exercises).

Traditional Hath Yoga works primarily on the physical body hence it may be slow in producing results.

Energy Healing system works on the energy body and is subjected to the principle of time lag, which means it takes some time before the healing of the energy body is reflected completely in the physical body.

Meditation on the other hand provides peace of mind and stable emotional state.

By combining all these in a session the results achieved are tremendous. This integrated approach works simultaneously on the physical body, energy body, emotions and the mind resulting in wholesome benefits using holistic approach.

This yoga can be used for rejuvenating and revitalizing oneself resulting in increased contentment, happiness, inner peace and joy in life. This would translate to increased academic performance, athletic skills, behavioral functioning, improved memory and overall performance and productivity.

This is very effective in healing specific medical conditions like hypertension, diabetes, Hypo/hyper thyroid, migraine, sciatica, back problems, stress, obesity etc. For healing medical conditions it is strongly advised that you undergo Advanced Pranic Healing workshop to enable you to use the advanced healing techniques further improving the effectivity.

Pre-requisites:

  1. Basic Pranic Healing (Advanced Pranic Healing will have added advantage).
  2. Under exceptional conditional if you do not qualify the first pre-requisite you can start after taking Inner Wellness Yoga Orientation. You will have to do Basic Workshop at the earliest possible opportunity to take full advantage of the practices.
  3. Participants should be in a condition of doing simple exercises at least.
  4. Fee is 2000/- for per month payable in advance. For those who would like to register for 3 months fee is 4500/- for  3 months (payable in advance).
  5. One can wear cloths which are comfortable and allow the body to stretch like tracks etc.

  6. If you have a Yoga Mat, you can bring along, and also get a Towel handkerchief.

     

 Timing: 6.30 am to 7.45 am each working day (Mon-Fri)
